Getting rid of lead in schools and in municipal water supplies would be a great intervention. Making sure kids got their full schedule of vaccines. Ensuring that food and shelter and medical care wasn't taken away from kids. Because all of those are proven to work great.
Titration of low dose fluoride in municipal water supplies where there was none, I have heard does wonders at reducing the frequency of cavities and general tooth decay in kids. Totally affordable!
As I wrote last post. " I am not delving much into this. Except, I was really expecting a cherry picked, bad data, false conclusions and badly written confirmation bias report. They didn’t disappoint."
Thanks for doing the work, been down enough rabbit holes.....
Couple of notes though....
Poor diet;
Umm, taking away school breakfast and lunches, SNAP and WIC. So that's down to one healthy meal a day, if affordable.
Environmental chemicals;
Removing environmental regulation by modifying the Clean Water and Clear Air acts will really help, eh?
Yeah, I didn't go too much into their "causes" here because (hopefully) the rest of the report gives more details to pick apart. But I really don't have much hope for good research-based claims.
I'm sure things will only get worse from here, so I didn't want to be too harsh too soon! And no, as far as I've seen, no one has specifically taken authorship credit.

These would be excellent options.
Providing funding so every school has a school nurse and mental health supports is another measure I’ve heard is effective.

If Marty Makary, MD had any ethics or reputation he wanted to save….he should be speaking up and correcting this nonsense.
Instead he’s going on Face the Nation and spewing nonsense.

Thank you for your sacrifice for all of us.
:D
Great start. Except you are too kind to their broad nonsensical assertions. BTW did anyone take authorship credit?
